Several companies within the technology industry have invested in programs to help individuals of their respective company grow. One company in particular that does this is Citi. Citi offers a two-year program called Technology Leadership Program that is designed to harness and develop the leadership potential of its participants.
Another company that has an extensive leadership program is called Becton, Dickinson and Company. The Technology Leadership Development Program consists of three successively more challenging assignments that can span multiple businesses and/or locations within BD, strengthening the skills of these high-potential associates while developing their leadership skills across multiple disciplines.
